We start with a call or in-person meeting to understand your plot, budget range, timeline and what you actually need the space to do — before any design work begins.
Site Visit & Assessment
Our site engineer visits the plot to check soil, access, orientation and any structural constraints that affect design and cost.
Design, Material Tier & Quote
You get a floor plan/layout, a choice of Basic, Standard or Premium material tier, and an itemised cost sheet — no lump-sum guessing.
Construction
Foundation, structure, brickwork and rough-in electrical/plumbing proceed under continuous site supervision, with milestone check-ins.
Finishing & Interiors
Plastering, painting, flooring, modular fittings and fixtures are completed and inspected against the agreed material tier.
Handover
A final walkthrough, documentation of work completed, and keys handed over — with the itemised cost sheet closed out against the original quote.
